Job Details for Patient Support/Benefit Verification Specialists:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM ; 9AM-5:30PM ; 11:30AM-8PM (8:30AM-5PM during training)
• Pay: $17.45+/hour
• No Weekends
• Location: Robinson, PA

Job Description for Patient Support/Benefit Verification Specialists:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors, and pharmacies to support care access and reimbursement.
• Live document updates to patient files.
• Escalate issues when needed and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.

Job Requirements for Patient Support/Benefit Verification Specialists:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years for inbound/outbound call experience
• Previous experience in Health Care, Social Work, or Nursing preferred
