Sumter, SC: Audio Visual (A/V) Field Service Technician

If you have a passion for speaker installation, low voltage cabling, and technology troubleshooting, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As an A/V Field Service Technician with Totality Solutions, you’ll work within the Greenville, SC region to install, connect and troubleshoot the critical technology that powers local businesses and communities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Structured cabling (installing and terminating 18/2, 14/2, etc)
• Neat cable management and labeling
• Installing and troubleshooting speakers of multiple mounting types
• Troubleshooting commercial IT systems to resolve customer concerns
• Communicating with your supervisors to ensure site and scope goals are achieved
• Work independently or with a team across various environments: warehouses, retail, restaurant, offices, etc.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking proactive, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to grow with us. Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience in low-voltage cabling or A/V systems installation
• Certifications such as BICSI Technician or NICET (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional conduct and communication at all times
