Prepare client deliverables for permit requirements. Process permits efficiently, navigating the application process for timely approvals. Handle incoming calls and greet visitors, providing professional assistance and educating them on our services. Maintain schedules and calendars, supporting effective time management. Utilize computer skills for data management and creating documents. Organize and maintain files for easy accessibility. Conduct internet research to gather project-related information. Enter data accurately into reports. Learn new software and industry practices. Develop an understanding of the construction process. Proficiently use Microsoft Programs, CRM software, and Google Chrome. Schedule inspections in a timely manner.Qualifications Show initiative and a strong desire to grow personally and professionally. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to organize and create efficient systems. Experience using Microsoft Programs, CRM software, and Google Chrome.
