Production Assembler

Assembler Positions Emerson is hiring for assembler positions at our Shakopee, Eden Prairie, and Chanhassen locations all positions include full benefits and competitive pay! In this role, you will be responsible for assembly of measurement instrumentation products. Pay and Benefits: Starting pay (based on experience): $20.76-$24.35+ shift differential if applicable 401K and profit sharing retirement plan Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid vacation, sick leave, parental leave and holidays Tuition reimbursement In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Assembling devices that are used for measurement in a wide range of industries Performing a wide variety of tasks at a workstation, such as: hand soldering; brazing; making repairs; performing testing; and packaging of finished products Participating in daily organization and cleanup of work area Following safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision Inspecting work to ensure total quality. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $42,000-50,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
