RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Laredo, TX with $15/hr pay for a 3 months contract (potential temp to hire opportunity). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with equipment, and being part of a supportive team environment. APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

PPE Required: Steel Toe Boots

Dress Code: Long pants required (No shorts)

What You’ll Do

• Receive, organize, and ship materials accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and other warehouse equipment
• Use computers and printers to process shipping and receiving documents
• Assist with light equipment operation, including wire cutting
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Provide excellent support to both team members and customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers and warehouse equipment
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Reliable, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and carry materials throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
