What We Offer Pay Differential Bonus for overnight shifts Flexible Scheduling Advanced Anesthesia & Surgical Monitoring Training Career Growth & Learning Opportunities Competitive Compensation Supportive, Fun Work Culture Daily Pet Interactions Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Real-Time PTO Accrual Uniform Allowance Your Role Assist in patient prep and recovery for surgical procedures Monitor anesthesia and maintain surgical records with accuracy Maintain sterile environments and assist with instrument sterilization Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the surgical process Collaborate with board-certified Surgeons, Anesthetists, and the nursing team Advanced Surgery Tech Skills You’ll Use and Develop Surgical patient prep and positioning IV catheter placement and fluid therapy Anesthetic induction, monitoring, and recovery Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and sterile technique Pain management and post-op care Proper documentation and patient hand-offs What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of veterinary surgical or anesthesia experience Strong technical and animal handling skills Calm, detail-oriented mindset in a surgical setting Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Passion for surgical patient care and professional development Be a Part of Something Exceptional.
