Title: Shift ManagerLocation: Nothing Bundt CakeReports to: Bakery General Manager/Bakery General ManagerPosition Summary:The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Manager/Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations during assigned shifts. Acting as the on-site point of contact in the absence of senior management, the Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing team performance, upholding operational standards, and ensuring exceptional guest experience. This role bridges team execution with operational leadership, setting the tone for service, safety, and success.
