Job Title : Machine Operator

Duration : 6+ Months

Location: Deland, FL

Pay Rate : $16.26/hr on w2 without benefits

Shift- 4:50AM to 3:20PM Days: Monday through Thursday

Job Description:

• The production associate's responsibilities include operating equipment to produce components based on blueprints or work instructions. Key responsibilities/essential functions include reading and following work procedures or listening to verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Performs manufacturing, assembly, or packing operations and other various tasks. Records daily output. Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures including wearing required PPE. Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency. Other duties as assigned.
  Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and 1 year of manufacturing experience. Ability to communicate, receive, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions for duties. Basic math skills required. Attention to detail and quality-minded work habits. Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs., stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods. Must be capable of steadily using their hands to operate manufacturing equipment. Must be able to read and write simple statements. Ability to make decisions and have sound judgment.
