We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Non-CDL Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a box truck, straight truck, or delivery vehicle under 26,001 pounds to transport goods safely and efficiently. Drivers must maintain timely deliveries, follow assigned routes, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck or straight truck
• Load, unload, and secure cargo for transport
• Deliver products to customers on scheduled routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
• Follow DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery updates or delays
• Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries
• Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Previous delivery or truck driving experience preferred
• Ability to operate a 16–26 ft box truck
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs as needed
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• DOT Medical Card preferred (if applicable)

Preferred Skills

• Experience using GPS/navigation systems
• Knowledge of local and regional routes
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
