About Vista View Dental Care Vista View Dental Care, like each Heartland Dental supported office, is unique to the community and the patients it serves. With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, and a vast network of experts across the nation, you will be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental. Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Arizona and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required). Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation. CPR certification. Preferred Experience At least 1 year of clinical experience. Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health. Clinical experience as required by the office. Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the office, doctor, or Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Prolonged periods of sitting and standing. Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times. Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year. During pre‑employment, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in the state of FL & TN).
