Real Estate Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities: • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Consult with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction processBuild strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-upConvert qualified leads into active clients using proven sales systemsManage daily activities and client interactions within the company CRMConduct property showings, consultations, and open housesCoordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate successful closingsDeliver outstanding customer service that encourages referrals and repeat businessParticipate in team meetings, training programs, and coaching sessions Qualifications: • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Successful candidates will have: An active South Carolina and/or North Carolina Real Estate LicenseA full-time commitment to building a successful real estate careerExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailExperience using CRM software and digital tools, or the willingness to learnA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and growth mindsetA passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Compensation:
$75,000-$150,000 per year
