In this role, you will oversee inbound and outbound inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, shipment verification, and quality control of outgoing products. You would also coordinate outbound appointments, supporting loading and staging crews, and ensuring compliance with all federal and state labeling requirements prior to shipment. This position will manage customs bonded warehouse entries, withdrawals, and inventory while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.What You Will Do:Coordinate daily warehouse workflows to ensure efficient movement of materials and timely shipment processing.Support inventory accuracy through production reconciliation, stock organization, and ongoing inventory tracking activities.Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency and meet production and distribution goals.Promote a strong safety culture by maintaining clean work areas and ensuring proper use and upkeep of warehouse equipment and assigned property.Shifts Available:Rotating 2-2-3 ScheduleHours: 6:45pm-7amRotating 2-2-3 ScheduleHours: 6:45am-7pmSunday-Thursday NightsHours: 10:30pm - 7amM-F 2ndHours: 4pm-12:30amM-F Days7am-3:30pmQualifications/RequirementsRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to operate industrial equipment as required.Strong interpersonal skills, good vision and manual dexterity, solid computer skills.Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and two years experience in distribution, warehousing, and/or transportation.Preferred Qualifications:At least 1 year continuous experience in every previous job.Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.Strong planning and organizational skills and record of successful leadership.Culture and BenefitsSazerac Company offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
