Pay: $40,000-$60,000/annual salary

Schedule: 4 week days and Saturdays

What You'll Do

• Answer telephone and greet customers
• Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.
• Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders
• Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area and stockroom.
• Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.

What You'll Bring

• Automotive Parts Experience
• Dealership experience is a plus but not required
• Computer savvy
• CDK experience, a plus
• Driven to provide the best-in-class service
