Searching for kitchen staff to join the team at TALEA's Williamsburg taproom! We are searching for new team members that are punctual, organized, and communicative. We have a curated menu of light bites, sourdough pizzas, and beer pairings that is available during all taproom hours. Our ideal candidates are able to produce this menu, while keeping a positive, clean, and consistent environment.

Duties include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen; including prep stations, dry storage, and coolers.
- Communicating clearly with FOH team, management, and fellow kitchen staff members.
- Reading and executing recipes and SOPs.
- Completing prep lists, and filling PARs.
- Multitasking, and prioritizing tasks.
- Adhering to NYC DOH standards.
- Receiving deliveries.

About Us 

TALEA’s original brewery and taproom in Williamsburg, Brooklyn opened in March 2021. We are NYC’s only female-founded production brewery. TALEA operates six other taprooms. Our hospitality-focused experience showcases our signature low-bitterness, fruit-forward beers, boasts unique beer cocktails, and features a small, beer-friendly food program. With our 20-barrel brew house and pilot system, we continue to brew and release crowd favorites as well as experimental small-batch beers, all with the mission of creating easy-to-love beers “perhaps to replace that glass of rosé” (Florence Fabricant, The New York Times). Our beers are available at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Costco and hundreds of bars, restaurants, and retailers across NYC and the surrounding areas.
