The Role: This is the senior HR seat for our largest employee population, reporting to the Chief HR Officer and serving as a member of the global HR Leadership Team. You will be the strategic partner to our globalbusinessCenters of Excellence (COE) and the leaders who run them, own thepeopleagenda for our workforce, and lead the HR team that supports them. WhatYou’llOwn Strategic partnership. Advise our COEs and their senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning,performanceand talent management. Bring the data and the judgment that shape thepeopledecisions. Culture andchange. Drive engagement, retention, and the kind of culture people stay for. Lead the change management, and the communication that goes with it when the business shifts. Total rewards and benefits. In partnership with Director Global Total Rewards, ownthe US benefits strategy end-to-end, from annual reviews and vendor partnerships to leading the 401(k) fiduciary committee. Keep our total rewards competitive, compliant, and cost-efficient. M&A integration. Playa central rolein integratingacquiredbusinesses andtakeownership of HR support for thosepopulations as we bring the teams together. Policy and program development. Build the policies and programs that support our workforce from employee relations, benefits, and total rewards to leaves, accommodations, career development, and performance management. Own the annual employee handbook review, and watch the market to bring proactive, competitive solutions to the table. HR operations and systems. Run theNorth AmericaHR function day to day with a continuous-improvement mindset, and use HR technology, analytics, and AI to drive scale, consistency, and efficiency. Employee relations and compliance. Handle sensitive, high-stakes peoplematterswith a fair and steady hand. Keep us ahead ofapplicable US and Canadian employment laws and regulationsand translate regulatory change into practical policy. Team leadership. Lead, coach, and developHR team members. Build the bench and the ways of working that let them do their best work. What You Bring A bachelor's degreein HR , Organizational Development, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of work experience in HR , with real depth across employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. Peopleleadership experience. You'vemanaged and developed an HR team, not just individual contributors. Benefits and totalrewardsfluency. Youbring hands-on experience withplan design, vendor management, and retirement plan governance. Interpersonal and relationship skills .Strong leadership and collaboration skills, witha track recordof building trust across diverse groups and stakeholders at every level of the organization. Organization and project management .You run complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from start to finish, with the problem-solving skills to work across functions and keep things moving. Executive presence and communication. Comfortable speaking in small and large forums, with excellent presentation, facilitation, and persuasive writing skills. Trusted-advisorpresence. You influence senior leaders, challenge when it matters, andstaythe fair, steady voice in the room. HR technology and AI fluency. Experience using HR systems, analytics, and AI to drive scale and efficiency. Bias for action. You move fast, juggle competing priorities, and thrive in a lean, collaborative, all-handsenvironment.
