Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations to develop informed treatment plans.

• Design, implement, and monitor patient treatment plans, ensuring they are adaptable to the evolving needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Sunny Skies Wellness & Healing Center, you will work with a diverse group of clients dealing with chronic health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals navigate the psychological aspects of their health conditions, fostering resilience, and empowering them to improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of three years of experience in providing mental health counseling services.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, along with a proactive approach to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
