Job Title: Order Picker/Forklift operator

Location: Eighty Four, PA

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 6am-3pm

Pay: $18.50/hr

Overview

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Order Picker, where your energy and precision will drive efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. In this vital role, you will operate various heavy equipment, including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks, to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth warehouse operations, safety adherence, and high-quality service for our customers. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products using a TC Scanner and follow English-language instructions.
• Verify product information, quantities, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
• Operate PIT equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Walk and remain active for extended periods during the shift.
• Lift, move, and handle heavy products as required.
• Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare picked products for the next stage of the shipping process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of PIT equipment experience required. (Stand-up forklift)
• Ability to read and understand English instructions on TC Scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled Sunday–Thursday schedule.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
