Patient Accounts Representative

The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Proven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferred

Qualifications:

• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Composure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Dependable, punctual, and highly detail-oriented
• Strong multitasking and independent-work capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate documentation skills
• Ability to follow established workflows consistently

Work Schedule:

Monday - Wednesday, 7:00AM - 4:30PM and Thursday and Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
