Own the blending process from inbound raw materials to outbound finished product. You’ll receive chemicals by tanker truck, railcar, and barge; execute blends to formula; verify quality; and ship finished goods. Safety, housekeeping, and documentation are non-negotiable.

• Blender (Entry Level): $24.00/hour — no experience needed
• Blender I: $26.00/hour — Wash/Anti-Freeze experience preferred
• Blender II: $28.00/hour — barge certified; trained across all blending functions
• Blender Lead: $30.00/hour — barge certified with leadership duties
• Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour for second shift

• Training: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• After Training: 3:15 PM–11:45 PM
• Monday–Friday

• Blend to batch formulas and production plans.
• Sample, test, and confirm product specifications.
• Record raw material usage, lot numbers, and production metrics.
• Receive bulk materials from trucks, railcars, and barges.
• Load finished products into tanker trucks and other transport equipment.
• Operate forklifts and related material-handling equipment safely.
• Inspect tanks, piping, and equipment for readiness and performance.
• Maintain thorough production records.
• Troubleshoot process or quality issues with the team.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and environmental procedures.
• Uphold housekeeping standards.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing/production/chemical processing/industrial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Keen attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Effective communicator and problem-solver.
• Works well solo and collaboratively.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Ability to wear PPE and handle chemical products safely.
