Our Account Managers take ownership of their account to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a growing company.Responsibilities:Supervising, coaching and training Team MembersDevelop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contactPlan and prepare Team Member work schedulesImplement 4M Operational PlaybookMaintain accurate building/facility recordsPromote a safe work environmentQualifications:3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experienceAbility to manage multiple projects at onceAbility to communicate effectively in speech and writingStrong drive for resultsSense of urgencyAble to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to lead an operations team for a specific clientAbility to analyze issues and create solutionsBilingual a PLUS!!!!
