ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2013 and is a strong team of eight focused on growth, performance, and delivering a great customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a mortgage loan officer, bringing a strong financial background into the business.

I'm a graduate of UNC Charlotte, married, and have a dog named Ozzie. I'm also a big fan of the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC. We stay highly involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, the Realtors Association, and by supporting organizations like Catherine's House.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Phil Champion - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
