About This Role
We're seeking enthusiastic team members to join our growing Mt. Washington Baptist Daycare family. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, mission-driven, reliable, and flexible, available Monday through Friday from 10am to 6 pm.
What You'll Do- Help maintain and clean and functional classrooms
- Assisting teachers for the day
- Supervise children assigned to their care for the day
- Effectively communicate with parents and co-workers as needed
- Assisted in closing down classrooms for the day (taking out garbage, disinfecting toys, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be willing to take and maintain state-mandated training
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be comfortable working with varying age groups (Infants - School-Age)
- Knowledge of SUTQ (Step Up To Quality) is a plus
- 1 year experience working in the Early Childhood Education Field
1 week of paid vacation after the 1st year
2 weeks of paid vacation after 2 years
3 weeks of paid vacation after 5 years
