Registered Nurse, Supervisor

Job Overview This position is responsible for all aspects of nursing care and the supervision of clinical support and nursing staff. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies. Minimum Requirements Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment. Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred. A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines. Compensation Pay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annually. Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
