Registered Nurse (RN) - Dayshift

This position is for day shifts, specifically from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a requirement to work every other weekend. There is no on-call duty associated with this role.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide total patient care in a 31-bed facility. The nurse will handle a patient ratio of 1:4 to 1:6. Floating may be required to meet patient care demands, and there is no block scheduling.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care as a Registered Nurse.
Administer medications and treatments per physician's orders.
Monitor patient status and report changes to the healthcare team.
Document all patient care activities in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, specifically Cerner.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN licensure.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications, including completion of all ACLS modules.
A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
