We're looking for a full-time Activities Assistant who brings energy, creativity, and heart to our residents' daily lives. What You'll Do Reporting to our Director of Activities, you'll help design and lead engaging individual and group programs for residents in skilled nursing, dementia care, and assisted living. From games and crafts to music and special events, you'll be the spark that brings joy, purpose, and connection to our residents' days. Your Schedule 5 days per week, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Rotating holidays Occasional evenings with later start times What We're Looking For A genuine passion for working with and caring for older adults Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun, meaningful activities Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with residents Comfort learning new computer programs Experience in a nursing home, assisted living, or dementia care setting (preferred) Event planning or group activity experience (a plus) Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Education High school diploma or GED required Long-term care activities experience and dementia care experience preferred What We Offer Competitive wages Excellent health care benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Employer-funded pension plan 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Come Be Part of Something Meaningful At Regina Health Center, you're not just filling a job — you're joining a collaborative, faith-based community where your work truly matters.
