Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters
Cenveo is hiring immediately for Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters in the Cleveland, OH location for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters will demonstrate mastery of envelope machine setup, troubleshooting, changeovers, and the ability to fully operate multiple machine types. Maintain production capacity, achieve output per shift, maintain peak performance, and consistently meet established safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Requires prior envelope manufacturing experience and advanced mechanical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay & Schedule
- $24/hr or higher depending on experience + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
- 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr: 3:25pm - 11:25pm (Mon - Fri)
- 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr: 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)
- Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am - 3:30pm (Mon - Fri)
- Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
- Shift availability is subject to change
What You'll Do
- Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
- Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
- Inspect product quality and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
- Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
Job Requirements
- 7+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
- Advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills on envelope machines (627s, 102s, etc)
- Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
- Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
