At The Social Spectrum Inc., we offer both in‑home, community, and center based ABA services for children 18 months to 21 years of age. Our center is based in Morganville, NJ, but we accept clients from Monmouth, Middlesex County and all over the State of New Jersey. We believe that creating a happy and supportive place for children, and young adults to learn and grow starts with giving an employee the skills set and comfort of working in a place they love. We offer flexible scheduling with afternoons, early evenings, and weekend availability. We provide on‑the‑job training in the latest skills in ABA (applied behavior analysis) as well as supervision for those who are pursuing their RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), BCaBA (Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst), or BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) credentials. Under the supervision of a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), technicians deliver 1:1 services to clients with specific treatment plans that address behavioral, community, daily living, and social skills. Must be able to collect data and submit at the end of each session.
