Clinical Pharmacist: Medication Therapy & IV Safety Lead

ASHP

ASHP is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist in Saint Joseph, Missouri to ensure safe and effective medication use. This position involves evaluating patient care plans and compliance with pharmacy regulations while maintaining professional standards in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree and PharmD are required along with relevant experience in clinical pharmacy services. The job may require travel between facilities.
