divh2Caregiver Position/h2pSeeking a compassionate caregiver to provide care for a pleasant elderly lady transitioning from a facility back to home near Great Falls, VA. Must have current HHA or CNA license with at least one year of experience. Expect 8-12 hour shifts, day or night. Assist with ADLs and provide companion care. Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to transport client to appointments or on errands. She needs some assistance with transfers and monitoring mobility for fall prevention./ppBenefits:/pulliEarn up to $18 per hour. Build caring relationships with seniors as you help them safely improve their quality of life./ppJob Responsibilities:/ppMust be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations:/pulliFollows the instructions of the PAS Supervisor in providing personal assistance services./liliProvide assistance with hygiene such as bathing, oral care, and dressing./liliAssist with food preparation; serve food, performs errands, light housekeeping, laundry, wash dishes./liliObserve and report any safety hazards found in the clients home or any significant observations regarding the client./liliAttend staff meetings, attend/complete 12 hours of annual in-services, and participates in orientation of new employees./liliReport client complaints to the PAS Supervisor./liliReport abnormal findings in clients conditions as observed and per care plan to RN./li/ulpRequired Skills Qualifications:/pulliExperience: One year of documented experience as a Caregiver (HHA/PCA certificate).
