GENERAL PURPOSE

The Enterprise Integrations Leader is responsible for leading the organization's enterprise integration function and supervising a team of Integration Administrators, Developers, and Architects. This role oversees all system, application, data, and EDI integrations across the enterprise, ensuring information flows securely, accurately, and efficiently between internal and external systems.

The Supervisor serves as both a people leader and technical leader, partnering with the business, Technology, Members, Customers, Suppliers, and third-party vendors to support operational excellence, business growth, and digital transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for team performance, project execution, integration reliability, and the continuous improvement of integration processes and technologies.

The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, technical, project management, and communication skills and be capable of leading through influence to gain support and alignment from the business and IT stakeholders while driving accountability and results within the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Enterprise Integration Leadership

• Lead and oversee enterprise application, data, API, automation, and EDI integrations across the organization.
• Develop and maintain integration standards, governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Ensure secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient integrations between enterprise systems.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation and integration opportunities that improve operational effectiveness.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex integration issues and production incidents.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in enterprise technology planning and strategic initiatives.

Team Leadership and Management

• Directly supervise Integration Administrators, Developers, and Architects.
• Manage daily workloads, priorities, project assignments, and resource planning.
• Conduct annual performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and career development discussions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback.
• Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and succession planning activities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer service.
• Establish and communicate clear expectations for team performance and service delivery.
• Lead through influence to build consensus and gain support from business and technology stakeholders for integration initiatives, priorities, and solutions.

Project and Technical Leadership

• Lead integration-related projects, customer implementations, member onboarding initiatives, and EDI implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize integration efforts.
• Oversee solution design, data mapping, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Coordinate projects involving internal teams, customers, suppliers, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure successful project execution within established timelines and budget expectations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to integration platforms and processes.

Operational Excellence

Monitor integration performance, system availability, and operational health.

• Establish and track service levels, performance metrics, and support measures.
• Ensure timely resolution of integration-related incidents and support requests.
• Develop procedures for monitoring, change management, documentation, and disaster recovery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Support after-hours troubleshooting and incident response as necessary.

Vendor and Financial Management

• Manage relationships with integration software providers, consultants, and external service partners.
• Review vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Review and approve invoices associated with integration platforms, projects, and services.
• Assist with budget planning and forecasting for integration-related technologies and services.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Technical Experience

• Experience with: Workato, SAP Integration Suite, EDI transactions and business processes, SFTP and secure file transfer technologies, API integrations and web services, Data mapping and transformation, Integration architecture and system connectivity, Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred Knowledge: Middleware platforms, Cloud-based integration solutions, Data governance practices, Master data management concepts, Distribution, supply chain, or wholesale industry systems

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent
• Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in enterprise integrations, systems architecture, application development, or related technology disciplines.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience leading technical teams, projects, or technology professionals.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and vendor relationships preferred.

• Ability to effectively present information to Members, Customers, Suppliers, Associates, and leadership teams.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, enterprise systems, and business process automation.
• Knowledge of information security principles and data protection best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives while managing operational responsibilities.
• Relevant certifications are preferred but not required: Workato Certifications, SAP Integration Suite Certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct supervision of Enterprise Integration team members.
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate employee work activities and performance.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and career development planning.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing feedback.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
• Establish and enforce best-practice operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with IT, PMO, Help Desk, Change Management, and Security policies.
• Manage resource allocation across projects and support activities.
• Support succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
• After-hours and weekend availability and support as necessary.
• Onsite hybrid work schedule of three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote.
• Travel up to 5%.

The Anticipated Salary Range for this position:

$130,000 - $170,000

Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role.  The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills and abilities.

In addition, to base salary, Network associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement contributions, opportunities for career growth and professional development.  Our compensation package is designed to reward both individual contributions and team success. ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
