The role focuses on transactional collections, contacting customers, resolving basic disputes, and maintaining accurate account records in ERP and Microsoft Office. Candidates should have an Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field, 0–2 years AR/collections experience, and proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel.
