Compensation
• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,354 week
• Taxable Pay: $828/week ($23/hour)
• Housing & Meal Stipend: $1,526/week (Max according to GSA)
• Estimated Blended Rate: $65.38 /hour

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week assignment at a leading medical center in Columbus, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for skilled ER nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident providing emergency care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities:
• Perform patient triage, assessments, and emergency interventions.
• Provide care for trauma, pediatric emergencies, and critically ill patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer emergency medications.
• Assist with procedural sedation and care for ventilated patients.
• Manage patients with psychiatric holds and complex emergency conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Float to other units as required and participate in scheduled weekend rotations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Active Ohio RN license required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC documentation preferred or required per facility standards.
• Strong emergency assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center, stroke-certified, or STEMI-certified facility preferred.

Additional Details:

• Patient-to-nurse ratio: approximately 1:3.5.
• Night shifts with rotating weekend requirements.
• 36 hours of orientation.
• Navy scrubs required.
• First-time travel nurses accepted.
