Retail Supervising Pharmacy Manager - Chandler, Arizona

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An interim Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is needed to lead a retail pharmacy in Mesa, AZ, for an 8-week contract, with potential for contract-to-hire based on performance and fit. This opportunity offers the chance to manage daily pharmacy operations while being supported by a dedicated pharmacy technician team.

Responsibilities include overseeing pharmacy compliance, managing staff and workflow, ensuring optimal patient care, and maintaining accurate prescription dispensing. You will play a key role in upholding quality standards and fostering a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
Previous supervisor or pharmacy manager experience highly preferred
Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the state board
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
