Job Details Job Location: Timbrook Honda Powersports-Cumberland - Cumberland, MD 21502 | Position Type: Full Time | Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Commission/month Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for service customers Greet customers and accurately document service concerns Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders Communicate estimates, recommended repairs, and timelines Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure efficient workflow Provide status updates and ensure timely completion of repairs Review and close repair orders, including processing payments Promote maintenance services and upsell additional repairs when appropriate Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Other duties as assigned by management Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Full time position with growth potential Health, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary benefits Retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee Discounts Qualifications 1–3 years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and clean driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workplace.
