???? Davie, FL | ???? $18–$19/hour | ???? Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:00 PM
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to join our growing operation in Davie, FL.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, communicates well, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
???? Responsibilities- Process and tag returned products each morning as drivers unload.
- Print return paperwork and other documents as needed.
- Assist management with morning dispatch operations.
- Take and review driver dispatch photos to ensure all drivers are properly dispatched.
- Monitor driver progress throughout the day and help ensure routes stay within scheduled delivery windows.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and management regarding deliveries, delays, service updates, and issues.
- Provide general administrative and logistics support as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, delivery, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to start work at 5:00 AM.
Monday–Friday
5:00 AM–2:00 PM
1-hour lunch break
