Join a dynamic leader in the construction industry, delivering complex commercial projects across sectors such as retail, office, healthcare, and fuel stations. This role offers the chance to lead nationwide, fast-paced ground-up builds, driving safety, quality, and schedule excellence while traveling to diverse sites.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and budget goals are met.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and client representatives to resolve conflicts and align with project specifications and codes.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure scopes are understood and executed properly.
• Maintain accurate daily job reports, purchase orders, site photos, and time logs.
• Facilitate weekly safety meetings and participate in incident investigations when necessary.
• Conduct site housekeeping, equipment oversight, and tool management.
• Lead project close-out efforts, including punch list completion, red-line drawings, and warranty submissions.
• Mentor field staff including Project Engineers, Foremen, and Carpenters.

Must-Have Skills:

• 2+ years experience in commercial ground-up construction.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction methods across Divisions 1–16.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to perform physical labor on-site (lift/carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, stand/walk for long periods).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and subcontractors.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in fuel/petroleum station or restaurant construction.
• Background in retail, office building, or healthcare project delivery. xhyhwjd
