The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities include:
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing financial statements and reports
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing and related tax filings
- Budget tracking and cost analysis
- Maintaining accurate general ledger records
- Prior bookkeeping or controller experience (3+ years preferred)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (or other accounting software)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
