The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities include:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing financial statements and reports
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Payroll processing and related tax filings
• Budget tracking and cost analysis
• Maintaining accurate general ledger records

Requirements:

• Prior bookkeeping or controller experience (3+ years preferred)
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (or other accounting software)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
