Bilingual Logistic Coordinator

A leading logistics and supply chain provider is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and highly reliable bilingual Logistic Coordinator for a high-volume, strictly in-person office role. This position serves as the vital administrative link managing communication across internal departments, clients, vendors, and freight carriers. Salary: $20 - $22 per hour Shift: First Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Education: High School Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrative point of contact between office operations, customers, vendors, and freight carriers, ensuring timely and professional communication. Process inbound and outbound orders accurately from the desk. Monitor customer inventory transactions and manage data using our internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) and enterprise logistics software for imports, exports, and accounting. Issue, log, and manage warehouse receipts, ensuring precise digital documentation and data accuracy. Coordinate remotely or via phone with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient handling, storage, and shipment of goods. Assist in scheduling inbound deliveries and outbound shipments. Monitor order statuses and inventory levels from the office, proactively resolving discrepancies related to inventory records, shipping documentation, or order processing. Maintain meticulous digital records of customer activity, transactions, and communications while ensuring strict compliance with company procedures and customer-specific requirements.
