Hybrid Staff Accountant - Close, Reconciliations & NetSuite

Overview Waltham, Massachusetts - Greater Boston area. A fast‑growing, PE‑backed software company. All positions are full‑time, hybrid (2 onsite, 3 remote). Compensation $65K–$75K DOE Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and support month‑end close activities Perform cash and bank reconciliations across multiple accounts/entities Track prepaid expenses and fixed assets, including depreciation/amortization Assist with accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and expense analysis Support payroll accounting entries and reporting Provide backup support for AP, PO, and expense report processes Collaborate with accounting leadership on ad‑hoc projects and reporting Qualifications 2–3 years of general accounting or staff accounting experience Experience with GL accounting and month‑end close Knowledge of GAAP and reconciliation processes NetSuite experience preferred Strong Excel and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
