Join our team of recruiters to hire truck drivers throughout the country. This role has an UNCAPPED earning potential. The more truck drivers you hire, the more you get paid! You will be able to collaborate with all levels of management and join a team of people that want you to succeed.
If you have a positive attitude, recruitment experience via an ATS system and the ability to "sell the job" to drivers this could be the job for you!

• Provide an excellent candidate experience/focus on truck drivers and introduction to Aim
• Work within Tenstreet ATS System to qualify candidates
• Collaborate with a recruitment team that has a Can-Do attitude to recruit the best-in-class talent to Aim
• Utilize multi-tasking skills
• Excellent customer service/ selling skills with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with management team regarding open jobs
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Follow new hire guidelines to pre-qualify candidates
• Collaborate with all levels of the management team to coordinate interview, discuss recruiting needs and provide candidate feedback
• Possibility of recruiting other job opening within Aim and willingness to learn other job qualifications within Aim
• Ability for possible travel for new accounts and hiring events
• Full Time

Pay Range: 22.00-24.00 , General Benefits:

Requirements

• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in Human resources, Communication, Marketing or related field
• ATS or HRIS systems experience
• TenStreet ATS Experience Preferred
• Positive attitude with a team player mentality
• Excellent customer service/selling skills
• 1+ years' experience of high volume recruiting preferably in the transportation industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt/learn various software applications
