Overview
Physical Therapist needed in a skilled nursing facility in Moses Lake, Washington. This is a travel - temporary assignment beginning 08/31/2026 for 19 weeks. You will work a 08:00–16:30 shift with guaranteed hours of 36 per week, and the weekly pay range is $2,470 to $2,593. The placement is in a long-term care setting that emphasizes rehabilitation and functional recovery.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for residents requiring physical rehabilitation.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional independence.
- Reassess progress regularly, update treatment plans, and document outcomes in resident records per regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize therapy scheduling.
- Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and strategies to maintain function after discharge.
- Ensure patient safety, maintain a clean and organized treatment area, and adhere to documentation and infection control policies.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license to practice in Washington state
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or eligibility to practice
- Relevant experience or comfort working in a skilled nursing facility / long-term care environment
- Ability to perform in a hands-on clinical setting within the stated shift (08:00–16:30)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to document accurately and timely
