Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Manchester, TN. Work Schedule Mon, Wed, & Fri 8a-5p at Manchester Tues & Thurs 8a-5p at Tullahoma Travel to additional sites when needed. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience. Additional Requirements In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
