ICF DD Program Coordinator, QIDP page is loaded## ICF DD Program Coordinator, QIDPlocations: Addison Healthcare Centertime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R-0000115466**Job Address:**8055 Addison Road SEMasury, OH 44438**Experience with the Developmentally Disabled population is required.****Addison Healthcare Center**, a member of the **CommuniCare Family of Companies**, is currently recruiting a **Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)** to join our team as **ICF DD Program Coordinator.****PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT:** **The ICF DD Program Coordinator will be responsible for following and offering vocational tasks for the residents that follow their ISP amongst other job duties as assigned.**Weekend shifts are as needed for the department.**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelors in a healthcare related field is required* Willingness to participate in a State of Ohio training / competency evaluation program.* Prior experience in a MRDD environment* Must possess knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral characteristics related to the MRDD population.**Benefits** As a CommuniCare employee you will enjoy competitive wages and PTO plans.
