Job Title

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | Every other weekend and every other holiday expected

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including those with CCU-level acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Prior experience with CCU patients must be reflected on resume
• Experience in a mid- to large-sized hospital setting
• Must maintain a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with complex, multi-system critical care patients
• Familiarity with advanced monitoring equipment and critical care protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in high-acuity environments
