Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and be able to float to multiple locations as needed. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures while providing emergency care.
• Float to various locations as necessary to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency Room settings.
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NIH.
• Ability to work nights and every other weekend.
• Must be willing to float within the scope of practice to different units as needed.
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible for this position.

Additional Information

This is a night shift position requiring 3 x 12-hour shifts. The candidate will be expected to meet department guidelines on call-outs and makeup shifts as required.

All applicants must adhere to the system's return staff policy, which requires candidates to be away for at least one year to be eligible for rehire as a traveler.

Guaranteed Hours

Guaranteed hours are based on contracted shifts, with a call-off policy that allows for two shifts per 13-week assignment.
