Deburr Specialist

Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Deburr Specialist for a long-term contract in Santa Rosa!

Responsibilities:

• Remove micro burrs from milled and/or turned parts in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to develop and refine manufacturing procedures and techniques.
• Operate heat-treat furnaces while adhering to approved processes, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Inspect incoming parts to verify quality and part specifications.
• Utilize finishing equipment, including bead blasters, to achieve required surface finishes.
• Perform additional production, inspection and shop support tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Ability to perform detailed work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to the highest quality standards.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle and manipulate small, delicate components.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing priorities and production needs.
• Demonstrate critical-thinking skills with the confidence to identify, question, and communication potential errors, discrepancies, or process concerns.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with machining processes and manufacturing environments
• Education: High School Diploma
