Job Description SGS Holdings Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Hospitality & Real Estate Operations Manager to support leadership across a growing portfolio of hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and real estate ventures. This role works closely with ownership and management teams on a wide range of initiatives including restaurant operations, hospitality development, commercial real estate projects, investor coordination, scheduling, project tracking, and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate has experience supporting fast-moving hospitality, restaurant, real estate, development, construction, or entrepreneurial environments and is comfortable balancing executive coordination with hands-on operational support across multiple active projects. This position plays a critical role in helping leadership stay organized, keeping projects moving forward, coordinating communication across teams, and supporting operational execution across multiple ventures and properties. This role also incorporates the use of AI tools and emerging workflow platforms to streamline operations, assist with organization and project management, improve communication workflows, and support operational efficiency across projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern tools, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants exposure to hospitality, restaurant, entertainment, and real estate operations within a growing entrepreneurial platform. Key Responsibilities Calendar & Scheduling Management Coordinate and manage leadership calendars. Schedule meetings, calls, property walkthroughs, vendor meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders Send calendar invites, confirm attendees, and ensure meeting logistics are organized Track scheduling conflicts and proactively help maintain an efficient calendar flow Assist with prioritization and coordination across multiple simultaneous initiatives and timelines Meeting Coordination & Notes Attend calls and meetings to take organized notes and track follow-through Capture key decisions, action items, deadlines, and operational updates Distribute summaries and ensure next steps are tracked and communicated Utilize AI-assisted tools when appropriate to help generate, refine, and organize meeting summaries and operational notes Hospitality & Real Estate Operations Support Assist with coordination across hospitality, restaurant, and real estate projects Support operational tracking related to property development, tenant coordination, construction, vendor communication, and project timelines Help organize materials related to acquisitions, development projects, hospitality operations, and investor communications Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, operators, ownership groups, and external stakeholders as needed Assist with organization of project files, contracts, budgets, meeting notes, and operational trackers Support leadership across restaurant, hospitality, mixed-use development, and asset management initiatives Assist with operational coordination across properties, venues, and active business ventures Operational & Administrative Support Assist with email coordination and follow-ups related to meetings, projects, and operational initiatives Assist in maintaining organized trackers for meetings, contacts, vendors, deadlines, and action items Help prepare materials for calls, meetings, presentations, and investor discussions Assist with general administrative tasks to support project execution and leadership organization Support digital organization and filing systems, including leveraging AI tools to improve information management and workflow efficiency Project Support Help track tasks across multiple ongoing projects and ensure timelines and priorities remain organized Follow up with team members on pending items, deliverables, and deadlines Assist with maintaining organization across documents, notes, operational updates, and communications Support the creation of materials and deliverables across projects, including presentations, PDFs, marketing decks, and operational documents (e.g., Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint) Assist in building and formatting documents, trackers, and workflows using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva Provide hands-on operational support by helping execute tasks and outputs—not just tracking them—across active initiatives Technology & AI Proficiency Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude CoWork, Claude Code, Gemini, Grok, and/or similar platforms Ability to integrate AI into scheduling, operational coordination, document organization, meeting summaries, workflow management, and project execution Familiarity with emerging AI tools and workflow automation platforms that improve operational efficiency across hospitality and real estate projects Comfortable learning and adopting new technology platforms and operational systems Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience supporting executives, operations teams, developers, ownership groups, hospitality companies, restaurant groups, commercial real estate firms, or related entrepreneurial businesses Strong calendar management, scheduling, and organizational skills Excellent note-taking and operational follow-through abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and calendar platforms Strong working proficiency with AI tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate them into daily workflows Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality Experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, commercial real estate, development, construction coordination, asset management, or mixed-use projects strongly preferred Familiarity with hospitality and real estate operational workflows, including project coordination, vendor management, tenant communication, or development timelines, is highly valued Preferred Qualities Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline Clear communicator and responsive team player Comfortable supporting leadership across multiple projects and teams Comfortable operating in a high-accountability environment with multiple simultaneous projects and shifting priorities Experience working within hospitality groups, restaurant companies, commercial real estate firms, development companies, private investment groups, or entrepreneurial ownership environments is strongly preferred Interest in hospitality, restaurants, real estate development, entertainment, or asset management industries is a plus Role Structure Works closely with leadership, ownership, and project teams across
