Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Rightsourcing Program - IHC Health Services.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: Graduate of a NBRC approved Respiratory Therapist program is required. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution.

Unit Details: Advanced-level respiratory care role with diagnostic testing, arterial gases, equipment troubleshooting, respiratory protocol initiation, medication administration, patient and family education, and quality improvement activities. Acts as a resource to CRT staff and may be assigned special clinical projects.

Shift & Scheduling: May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
