Technical Analyst / Level 2 Full Time (40 hours per week) / OpenKyber W2 Employee / Contract to Hire OpenKyber has an excellent opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst in Chicago, IL! In this role, you will support a multi-location organization with high-level end user support challenges. Serving as a Level 2 Support Analyst, you will be responsible for solving user challenges that are escalated from the Help Desk team.
