Salary: $89,200 - 209,500 per year Requirements:

• We need 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and operating large-scale, highly available distributed systems.
• We value familiarity with AI-first software development practices and modern engineering tools.
• Strong programming ability in Java, C, or C++, with scripting experience in Python, is important to us.
• A solid grasp of distributed systems, operating systems, data structures, and algorithms is required.
• Experience building cloud-native services and infrastructure platforms is expected.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills are essential.
• Experience with databases, NoSQL systems, storage platforms, and distributed persistence technologies is preferred.
• We look for a self-starter who can work independently and move ambiguous technical problems to resolution.
• This role is based in Nashville, TN only; Austin, TX is no longer available.
• Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer- or client-facing roles may require compliance with applicable health, immunization, or drug testing requirements.

The role is at IC3 level and is based in Nashville, TN only.
